We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

2. Product Accuracy & Modifications

Cosplay & Apparel: Please note that many of our cosplay costumes are hand-finished. Minor variations in stitching or fabric texture may occur. Sizing charts are provided for reference; please measure carefully before ordering.

Dakimakura (Body Pillows): We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Due to the nature of fabric printing (CMYK vs RGB), slight color variations may exist between the digital mock-up and the physical product.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship globally. However, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

OtakuSky is a registered trademark in the United States. The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OtakuSky and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Conduct

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to submit false or misleading information.

In no case shall OtakuSky, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Since OtakuSky is a registered trademark in the United States, these Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and international e-commerce regulations.
